Common questions
Things people often want to know.
How do I know which package is right for me?
The free clarity call is the best way to figure this out together. Most people find it easier to choose once we've had a conversation. Rough guide: one session suits a specific, contained question; the 3-session package suits most people starting out; the 6 and 12-session packages suit people going through a bigger or longer change.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Sessions are 60 minutes, with the Strengths & Values session running to 90 minutes. We'll agree on a regular time that works for both of us.
What's coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused — it's about where you want to go and how to get there. It works with your strengths, values and goals, and always moves toward action. Therapy tends to work through the past and is more appropriate for mental health concerns. If you're unsure which is right for you, the clarity call is a good place to start that conversation honestly.
Do you work with men as well as women?
Yes. While many of my current clients are women, I work with any thoughtful professional navigating career, leadership, identity, direction and growth. What matters is the fit, not the gender.
What if I start a package and it's not working for me?
Coaching only works when there's genuine trust and openness in the relationship. If at any point it doesn't feel right, I'd much rather know. We can adjust our approach or discuss whether a different path makes more sense. I'd never want you to continue something that isn't serving you.
